Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations should be made by the attendee.

Deadline is July 18, 2008! After this date rooms will be available on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.

Government Attendees guest room rate is $109.00 Single/Double Occupancy per night.

Industry Attendees guest room rate is $139.00 Single/Double Occupancy per night.

• A 15 % tax will be added to the room rate per night.
• Government Employees click here for the tax exempt form.  Present this form upon check-in at the hotel.

These special rates will be offered August 9 – August 17, 2008 to accommodate agency meetings and those wishing to spend extra time in the area.

Check-In / Checkout
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12 pm.

Early Departure Fee
Should a guest who has requested a room check out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account at the rate of $50.00. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Sheraton Dallas (formerly Adam’s Mark) at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. The front desk staff at the hotel will inform attendees of this potential charge upon check-in.

Hotel Cancellations – required 72 hours in advance to avoid penalty!
In accordance with the hotel policies, should any attendee cancel his or her reservation within 72 hours prior to time of arrival, their card will be charged (1) night room rate and tax.
