Who should attend the conference?
The GSA/ITS 2010 Network Services Conference is structured for maximum interaction. The conference will feature exciting plenary sessions, training sessions, along with an exhibit hall full of vendors eager to highlight the latest and greatest technologies.
The GSA/ITS 2010 Network Services Conference is designed especially for Federal government employees, as well as the Military, whose focus is on transitioning to Networx, learning about new services being offered by our industry partners, information technology solutions, including IT Schedule 70 and GWAC's Alliant, and good for government initiatives. Industry attendees are also encouraged to attend because they will have an opportunity to participate in the training sessions, visit the exhibit hall and network with attendees.

Registration Information
What is the registration fee for attendees?
Government and military attendee fee is $725 and the Industry attendee fee (including government contractors) is $1,195.00 on or before May 21, 2010. After May 21, 2010 the fee increases to $775 for government and military attendees and $1,295 for industry attendees (including government contractors).

What does the registration fee include?
Your conference registration rates provide you with access to all FAS/ITS 2010 Network Services Conference events and seminars. This fee includes:
- Breakfast Buffet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Keynote Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- The Grand Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Monday evening
- The Networking Reception on Wednesday evening
- All conference coffee breaks, dessert breaks, and snack breaks
- All Plenary Sessions
- All Training Sessions
- Admittance to the Exhibit Hall
- All conference materials
- Complimentary agency meeting space for Federal Attendees
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Attendees may cancel their registration on or before May 21, 2010 and receive a refund, minus a 25% handling fee. All registration cancellations received after May 21, 2010 will be non-refundable. Cancellations in writing are required to ensure each attendee has documentation of registration cancellation for their own protection. Substitution of an un-registered attendee for one who is registered, but unable to attend, is accepted at any time with no penalty, as long as the substitution (name change) takes place at the same time as the cancellation.

No, you are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.

I am a presenter, do I have to pay the conference fee?
Yes, all attendees (including GSA Associates) are required to pay the full conference registration fee.
Will tickets be available to family/guest to purchase for evening events and food functions?
Yes, guest tickets will be available for purchase on-site.

Exhibit Information
What types of vendors can I expect to see in the exhibit hall?
Meet ITS Industry partners, and see the latest products, services, and solutions they have to offer. Visit over 50 booths of exhibitors that are prime contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers of Network Services.
What is the cost for vendors to exhibit?
The cost per each 10' x 10' booth is $3,395.00. This includes 2 exhibitor badges per 10' x 10' booth. 2010 Vehicle Display Opportunity: There are a small number of opportunities for vehicle display in the Exhibit Hall. Large vehicles can be accommodated, up to a semi-tractor trailer, with advance coordination. Please contact Rees Bristow at rbristow@askusa.com to discuss.
Training Sessions
Will there be educational training sessions?
There will be numerous training sessions tailored to today's working environment and customer needs.
Will the training session presentations be available as handouts?
Some of the presentations may offer handouts to attendees; however, most training session presentations will be loaded on the web site approximately two weeks following the conference.
I'm a presenter. Where is the closest place that I can make copies of my presentation handouts? What other amenities are available at the Rosen Shingle Creek?

Hotel Information
What is the Conference attendee-lodging rate?
The sleeping room rate for Government Attendees will be $135.00 per night + tax Single/Double occupancy. For Industry Attendees the rate is $199.00 per night + tax Single/Double occupancy.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
The fitness center is equipped with state of the art fitness equipment, as well as a cardio theatre for all cardiovascular machines with 3 flat screen monitors to choose from.

Are wheelchairs available?
Yes, wheelchairs are available on a first come first served basis. When you check in to the hotel, please ask for the Bellstand. Mobile scooters are available for rental. You may contact the hotel for rental information.

If a traveler has a medical emergency that requires immediate attention, will there be someone on the premises to assist?
The Rosen Shingle Creek does not have medical care on-site. However, should a medical emergency take place, House security will be contacted immediately and necessary assistance will be provided. GSA will have an EMT on-site during the conference days from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The nearest hospital Dr. Phillips Hospital is located 4 miles from Rosen Shingle Creek.
Do the hotel rooms have a complimentary hair dryer?

The attire for all conference events is business casual. Recommendations include collared-shirts, slacks, and skirts. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
