Exhibit Booth Specs

Exhibitor Fee:
The cost to exhibit at the FAS/ITS 2010 Network Services Conference is $3,995 per 10 x 10 booth space. Organizations may purchase multiple booths at $3,995 each.  There are no discounts available for multiple booth purchases.
Booth and staffing registration fees must accompany contract for exhibit space

What's Included:

• 10' x 10' booth space with 8' back wall and 3' side wall drapes, and ID sign
• 2 chairs
• Wastebasket
• 6' Skirted Table
• The booth height may not be over 15 feet.
• All exhibits MUST be set up by 1:00pm on Monday June 21.
• There will be no access to the hall between 1:00pm and 4:30 pm on Monday June 21.
• Exhibit Hall will be closed from 12noon – 1:30pm on Tuesday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 23. (exhibitor re-entry at 1:20pm each day)
• Two complimentary exhibitor badges per 10 x10 booth space
• Hosted Food and Beverage Functions in Exhibit Hall:
• Opening Reception on Monday
• Refreshment Breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Exposure on the GSA ITS 2010 Network Services Conference web site
• Detailed exposure via the Registration Process and Social Networking Opportunities/Registrant Profile (NEW in 2010!)
• The first ten (10) Exhibitors to purchase four (4) or more booth spaces will be granted extended marketing opportunities and visibility via the Conference Registration Social Networking Site.  (NEW in 2010!)
• Listing in printed program
• The Wednesday Networking Reception is now included for exhibitors at no extra cost.  This pertains to any exhibitor who is comp per the booth price, or paid the $250.00 exhibit hall only fee.
  

Registration for additional booth staff (more than the allotted 2 complimentary staff) may be purchased for $250 per staff person. Please call Rees Bristow at 1-800-315-4333 to register your additional booth staff.

Note:
Meal functions, Plenary Sessions, and Training Sessions are not included in the cost for exhibitors.  Access to these events can be arranged for an additional fee. Tickets to individual events can be purchased on site. Booth Assignments:
Booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first paid, basis. No exhibitor will be assigned space until payment is received in full. After full payment has been received, you will be asked to select your top three booth preferences.

Booth Amenities and Exhibitor Services Kit:
Other amenities are available for an additional fee.  The Exhibit Hall IS carpeted, however, you may wish to order custom carpet to match your booth design, through the Exhibitor Kit. Registered exhibitors will receive an exhibitor services manual in April which will include amenities and shipment information.

Vehicle Display Booths:
There are a limited number of vehicle display spaces in the Exhibit Hall.  With advance coordination, almost any size vehicle can be accommodated!  Semi tractor trailers are able to “roll on in” to this exhibit hall.  Please contact Rees Bristow for more information at exhibits@gsanetworkservices.org

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:
An exhibitor, by certified letter only, may cancel or withdraw from the FAS/ITS 2010 Network Services Conference on or before April 20, 2010 with a 25% penalty.  From April 21, 2010 to May 21, 2010 a 50% penalty will be assessed for cancellation.  After May 21, 2010 no refund will be issued.
